Chuck McKiel joins Aggio with 14 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, and engineering team building. Most recently, he held an Architect & Lead Developer position at RGA, providing technical and team leadership for a variety of projects in Global Administration. As a technical leader, Chuck has specialized in automation and test-driven development, resulting in several exemplary projects with bug-free production applications. In addition to his technical contributions, he has also had a focus on mentoring and education, offering best-practice guidance to his teams and beyond, organizing a monthly speaker series, and creating a unified forum for the developer community.
Originally from Chicago, Chuck came to St. Louis to attend Washington University. After completing a double major in Computer Science and Film, he found an exciting role at Boeing, helping to create a suite of tools for manufacturing and maintaining military aircraft. He has happily settled in St. Louis with his wife, Jennifer, and their three kids, Jack, Henry, and Lucy.
Chuck continues to be passionate about automation and high-quality software, as well as teaching and facilitating high-productivity teams. In his new role, he will leverage his experience as a technical leader and team builder, helping enhance Aggio get to the next level in our evolution as a SaaS solution provider.
