Aggio is excited to announce the hiring of of two new colleagues. We welcome, Brian Albans, as Vice President of Crops Business Unit and Richy Varghese as Business Analyst.
Brian joins Aggio with 18 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and sales leadership roles across a diverse set of industries. Most recently Brian led the corporate business planning function at AgroFresh where he established a KPI and CRM process to foster a culture of metrics and performance management. Brian’s prior entrepreneurial experience includes leading the marketing and sales organization for Pure Foods, a startup focused on better-for-you snacking with chia & quinoa chips incorporating fruits and vegetables. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Virginia and his MBA at Yale School of Management.
Brian is passionate about turning complex market data into actionable solutions that enable brands to reach their full potential. In his new role, he will be working closely with customers to understand their challenges and how to translate these needs into measurable value.
Richy has a passion for building lasting relationships, and brings with him 5 years experience in project management, technology consulting and data analytics. He earned his MBA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and looks to combine this with his prior experiences to solve business problems. Prior to joining Aggio, Richy worked as a Senior Analyst for Ugam and as a Software Developer for IBM.
